This meditation training is delivered across four consecutive days to ensure a comprehensive and transformative experience.
Day One begins with a private, one-on-one session (~75 minutes) tailored to your unique needs, and designed to introduce you to the practice.
Days Two through Four feature group sessions (~2 hours each), where you’ll deepen your understanding, refine your technique, and connect with others on the same journey.
